Job Description

Machine Technical Services Engineer is responsible for installation of HSC Milling machine, supporting in after- sales services including commissioning, maintenance, repair of a wide range of High Speed Cutting machines and automation. As a service engineer, you will use your technical knowledge to consult for customers, find solutions quickly, efficiently and that best serve our customers. Qualified candidates will have experience in the following:
• Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Repair Technician
• Customer Machine Service Technician

And as a Machine Technical Services Engineer in Roeders, you will have a profound training in Germany.
The main duties include:
1. After Sales Services for Roeders high speed cutting machines (HSC Machines):
Services Engineer has responsible for installation of HSC milling machine, supporting in after-sales services including commissioning, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of HSC machines.
• Answer and consult machine technical calls from customers from Asia
• Commissioning of new machine at customer site
• Troubleshoot/repair machine technical problems in Asia
• May be called to act as consult and repair technicians to facilitate speedy machine repair at customers’ requests
• Visit customer in-services training
• Assist sales upon request; may attend tradeshows/ exhibition
• Other task as Manager’s assignment.
2. Technical support at Roeders Vietnam factory:
Services Engineer will support the factory, during the time he stays in the factory.
• Maintenance and repair all of machines in Roeders Vietnam
• Support and cooperate with the production and purchasing department in technical problem of the machines
• Create and follow-up the plan for maintenance of all machines in Roeders Vietnam.
• Discuss with the production manager about the schedule for maintenance of the machines in advance
• Send weekly report of all Roeders machines in Roeders Vietnam.
Other task as Manager’s assignment.

Job requirements

An ideal candidate is an experienced in CNC, High Speed Cutting machines, high integrity and reliability with a good understanding of technical / electrical field. Moreover of advantage is professional and matured experience in technical service and sales.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Years of experience: 2 – 3 years’ experience in Technical services of CNC machine
- Experience in: Technical support
- Experience working with: European/German companies is preferred

• CNC, High Speed Cutting machines service technicians, must be able to work independently with little supervision.
