Job Description

- Develop and modify hardware / mechanical and reliability testing methods and develop reliability requirements.
- Develop and maintain test scenarios to meet functional scope and capture diagnostic information.
- Coordinate research and production engineering teams to develop and maintain on-demand hardware diagnostic testing equipment.
- Support for carrying out reliability tests such as environment, Shock / Drop / Vibration, mechanical life cycle and stress test, load test, electricity (battery, charger, etc.).
- Make reports on test results.
- Manage, update maintenance, calibration and find reliability testing solutions.
- Coordinate with engineers and designers to develop and update hardware.

Job requirements

- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience working in high technology industry, hardware / mechanical testing / reliability.
- Practical experience with Mechanical / Electrical Life Cycle, Shock / Drop / Vibration / data acquisition system, script testing and automation.
- Experienced in developing custom test hardware to support reliability testing.
- Experience in working in a collaborative environment with technical and production teams.
- Experience with at least 1 programming language (C # shell script, Python, Linux ....), experience with Labview programming.
- Knowledge of error analysis techniques and test equipment (Optical microscopes, X-Ray, SEM / EDS, etc.).
- Experience in using testing tools for hardware, mechanical and reliability analysis.- Develop and modify hardware / mechanical and reliability testing methods and develop reliability requirements.
