Job description

You will become an important part of our dynamic sales team, with the following exciting responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach potential customers through diverse channels (individuals, households, hospitals, businesses, hotels, restaurants, etc.) to provide professional domestic help services.
  • We advise and recommend suitable service solutions that meet the client’s needs.
  • Negotiate, bargain, and build long-term relationships with clients to deliver sustainable value.
  • Utilize modern customer management tools and methods to expand your business network.
  • We work closely with relevant departments to ensure that services are delivered on time, meet requirements, and are of high quality.
  • Stay updated on market information, conduct research, and propose innovative business strategies.
  • Report on revenue and business progress as requested by the Board of Directors.

Job requirements

We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic candidates with:

  • Preference will be given to male/female candidates aged 22-35, with a college/university degree (preferably in Business Administration or Marketing).
  • Be willing to go out into the market and expand your customer base.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in business, telesales, or service consulting (preferably with experience in domestic services, customer service, or insurance…).
  • Willing to go out into the market and develop a business network.
  • Proficient in using social media tools to advertise products: Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, website, ads, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, a passion for business, and a willingness to learn and develop oneself.
  • Highly responsible, proactive, and with a long-term career development orientation.
