1. POSITION & SALARY

FIELD CONTROL ENGINEER: Competitive – Gross salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

2. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC projects or construction.
• Hands-on experience in:
  ✔ Project planning
  ✔ Design review
  ✔ Site supervision and field operation
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction methodologies.
• Solid knowledge of project management and problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction specifications.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in engineering and project management software.
• Good knowledge of construction codes, standards, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.

3. WORKING SCHEDULE & LOCATION

• Working Hours: 8 hours/day, Monday to Saturday.
• Project Duration: 2 years.
• Work Location: Long Son Petrochemical Plant, Vung Tau.
