Job description

• Check and record daily and monthly transaction documents using Misa software.
• Monitor, inspect, and calculate the cost of each project.
• Issue electronic invoices and record them in the accounts receivable tracking table.
• Monitor cash flow and collect outstanding customer debts.
• Prepare bank documents and monitor loans.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head and Director.

Job requirements

• Graduated from a regular college/university with a major in Accounting.
• Have 2-3 years of experience working in a similar position.
• Good MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook; database management; knowledge of Misa software.
• Seeking a stable, long-term career; passionate about the job.
• Knowledge of Law, Personal Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax, and Value Added Tax.
