On January 27, 2024, XL Human Resources and Technical Services Joint Stock Company (XL Manpower) successfully held a warm and intimate Year-End Party with the participation of the Board of Directors and all employees.
The event began with opening remarks from XL Manpower’s leadership, including Mr. Tran Van Cuong, General Director, and Mr. Vu Manh Tuan, Deputy Director. They shared an overview of the company’s business performance and key achievements throughout 2023.
The past year brought many challenges. Economic difficulties both domestically and internationally significantly affected businesses across various industries, resulting in declining revenues and reduced project opportunities. Like many other companies, XL Manpower experienced a decrease in the number of projects and lower revenue compared to the previous year.
Despite these challenges, the company’s leadership remained committed to ensuring employee welfare and maintaining a supportive working environment. The year-end gathering, though modest in scale, was thoughtfully organized to provide employees with an opportunity to connect, share experiences, and celebrate their collective efforts after a demanding year.
The Board of Directors also expressed their sincere appreciation to all employees for their understanding, dedication, and continued support throughout the company’s journey.
Representing XL Manpower employees, Ms. Tran Thi Minh Nguyet, Acting Head of the Long Son Branch, delivered an inspiring speech reflecting on the past year’s work. She emphasized the importance of maintaining enthusiasm, understanding the company’s challenges, and working together toward a brighter future with more projects and career opportunities for employees.
The company was also honored to welcome former employee Mr. Dang Kien Phuc. As one of the long-serving staff members who remains closely connected to the company, his presence reflected the strong relationships and lasting bonds built at XL Manpower.
