Job description
1. Trade
- Review client requirements to ensure a clear and precise understanding and development of a bidding strategy that aligns with the scope of work required.
- Contact the client and prepare a detailed budget based on the scope of work required.
- Prepare quotations and draft contracts to send to clients. Ensure that all agreements comply with the contract terms.
- Review and comment on orders for goods, services, and contracts with customers.
- Prepare bidding documents as requested by the head of commerce or the board of directors, coordinating input from other teams to meet bid submission deadlines.
2. Procurement of supplies, equipment, and services
- Search for and contact domestic and international suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
- Responsible for purchasing equipment, supplies, and services.
- Negotiate and discuss trade with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Drafting purchase orders and contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Track deliveries, receipts, and process payment documents for suppliers and subcontractors.
- Plan and coordinate with relevant departments and customers to carry out customer delivery tasks.
3. Prepare payment records and track signed contracts:
- Prepare payment documents, ensuring all payment documents comply with the terms of the signed contract/quotation.
- Monitor and confirm signed contracts, and make adjustments if they expire.
- Prepare an addendum to the contract if the client requests an extension or additional services.
4. Other tasks as assigned by the manager/board of directors.
- Graduated from college or higher in Business Administration, English, International Trade, or other related fields.
- No experience required.
- Other requirements: Proficient in English (all four skills), especially reading and writing.
